A comment I left

The following is an extract of a comment I left for Claudia of Mockingbird Hill Cottage on her blog post.

Why did I start a blog? Because I had been getting so much pleasure and inspiration from visiting so many wonderful blogs that I thought it was time to give something in return. Do I enjoy my own blog? No. I feel inadequate, I have difficulty in expressing myself, and my photography skills are virtually nil. I am happy that I have some followers, but numbers are not important to me. However I really do appreciate it when someone takes the time to leave me a comment, or replies to a comment I have left for them. I believe in 'blogging without obligation'. If I enjoy a blog, and what that person has to say, then I will be delighted when it pops up in my reader whether it is every day or once a year. As a full time carer blogland is my stay sane domain. I don't have the time to leave a comment every time I visit a blog, but that does not mean I haven't enjoyed and appreciated that post.

Claudia's post really is food for thought, do pop over and check it out. Her blog is genuine and heartwarming.
